How do I connect Capsule and lemlist?
Once you’ve registered with lemlist, head to Account Settings in the Capsule app, where you’ll find lemlist in the Integrations section.
All you’ll need for the next step is the API key generated in lemlist. For more information, follow our guide to setting up the lemlist integration.
Once it’s connected, you can configure the settings to suit your needs. Choose whether you’d like to automatically create contacts and/or Opportunities in Capsule prompted by the following triggers when:
- A prospect is first contacted through a lemlist campaign
- Your lead clicks a link in a campaign email
- Your LinkedIn connection sent via lemlist is accepted
- A prospect responds directly to a campaign
- A lead is marked as interested.
