Answering your security questions

  • Who can access my data?

    Our team do not have access to log into your account. On rare occasions, it may be that we can better assist in investigating a problem you are having with Capsule if we can access some part of your data in readable form. We would always ask your permission before taking this action.

  • Where can I find your uptime report?

    Capsule has achieved 99.99% uptime over the last 12 months. At any time, you can view our system status, including any reported incidents, here.

  • How do I report a security concern?

    For urgent or sensitive concerns, please email us at so that it can be handled promptly by our security team.

  • Where are your servers located?

    Capsule and your data is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), a global leader in Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). Amazon take physical and network security seriously. Their data centers are housed in nondescript facilities.
