Our team do not have access to log into your account. On rare occasions, it may be that we can better assist in investigating a problem you are having with Capsule if we can access some part of your data in readable form. We would always ask your permission before taking this action.
Capsule gives you flexible, easy-to-use ways to control how you and your team logs in. You can enable Two Factor Authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of protection, or use Single Sign-On (SSO) with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or QuickBooks so users only need to log in once.
Capsule and your data is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), a global leader in Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). Amazon take physical and network security seriously. Their data centers are housed in nondescript facilities.
Capsule has achieved 99.99% uptime over the last 12 months. At any time, you can view our system status, including any reported incidents, here.
We never use your data to train AI models - what you put into Capsule remains your data, always. Anything entered into AI features stays within your Capsule account, isn't shared elsewhere, and is protected by the same trusted safeguards we use across Capsule.
