How to connect Wave and Capsule CRM
Ready for a game-changer? Connecting Capsule CRM and Wave is easy.
- First, you’ll need to head over to Wave and sign up for an account.
- Once you’re all set up, log into your Capsule CRM account and head to Integrations in your settings.
- Click ‘Enable integrations’.
- You’ll be asked to log into Wave again. Sorry, just keeping things secure! Then, choose the Wave account and click ‘Allow Access’ to finalize the Capsule-Wave connection.
- Ta-da! It’s all up and running.
At this point, we’ll run an initial sync from Wave to Capsule, linking up your existing Capsule CRM contacts with their corresponding details in Wave. We’ll also add any Wave contacts that don’t already exist in Capsule CRM.
