Capsule is a cloud application that is accessed using your web browser. Just choose your favorite browser supported by Capsule and you are ready to go.
We don’t set a minimum hardware specification, but as with all browser-based applications, a modern computer with a fast CPU and 4GB+ of memory will enable a smoother and more responsive experience.
For access to Capsule on the move, you can also install the Capsule Mobile app onto a phone or tablet running Android or Apple iOS. See information on Capsule Mobile App for more details.
Modern browsers are safer, faster, more reliable, and will provide you with a better experience when using Capsule. Our policy is to support:
- The latest version of Google Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge, all of which automatically update when they detect a new version of the browser is available.
- Current and previous major releases of Safari. So for example when Safari 10 is released, we’ll drop official support for Safari 8 and just support Safari 10 and 9.
- Internet Explorer 11 remains supported at this stage, but Capsule users should anticipate transitioning to Microsoft’s replacement browser Edge, or an alternative browser.
Google Chrome (latest version)
Firefox (latest version)
Microsoft Edge (latest version)
