How does this integration work?
Let’s say you made a sale to a new customer via your Shopify website. The integration will instantly create a contact record in Capsule with key data like order number, items purchased, and total order value.
Then, you can add your new customer to order fulfilment project boards or enrol them in remarketing campaigns and newsletters to encourage repeat purchases.
