Keeping track of the Tasks that are being completed is a useful metric for how productive your team is. Using the Reports tab you can view the total number of completed Tasks for a specific time frame.
- Completed by User - gives you a breakdown of the number of completed Tasks by User
- Completed by Type - shows a total of all completed Tasks where completed Tasks are shown alongside metrics from other logged activities on Contacts, Opportunities and Cases such as emails, notes and calls.
To filter these reports, click on the date range filter in the top right hand corner or the User filter just above each report.
Task are shown as Tasks completed in the reports. Note, Meeting and Call all refer to logged activities, rather than Tasks
On the Teams plan these reports can be filtered further by Team as well.
