EchoSign integration

EchoSign can be linked with Capsule so that you can easily see documents that you have sent to your customers and other contacts for signing.

You need configure a generated link in Capsule to easily click through to EchoSign documents for a contact. Here’s how to do this:

  1. Visit your custom fields settings page by going to the Account Settings Custom Fields (for People and Organizations) Add New Generated Link
  2. Enter a Label such as “EchoSign documents” and set the Link Definition to: https://signature.echosign.com/account/agreements?startupAction=search&qs={email}

Once the custom field has been save you will see an extra link below your contacts details when you view a contacts record in Capsule:

When you click the link you’ll see any documents in EchoSign that have been sent to this contact’s email address
