Your spreadsheet needs to contain a header row as Capsule will use the header names (e.g. ‘Job Title’) to identify the columns in your spreadsheet. The header names don’t have to follow any strict conventions since Capsule will let you choose how to map the fields if it doesn’t recognize the header names automatically.
Once you’re happy with the data, save your spreadsheet as a CSV file.
Your contacts are now in the CSV file and you can go on to import the csv file into Capsule.
