Integration With Google
After installing Capsule into your Google Apps domain, users access Capsule straight from Google’s universal navigation in the same way as they would access other Google Apps such as Google Mail or Calendar. Here’s an example of what that looks like for a user:

To enable this integration, contact us at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) with the following information:
We will then provide further instructions for you to complete on your Google Apps domain.
You can configure Capsule to open the compose window in Gmail when you click on an email address. To enable, visit My Preferences (via the user menu in the navigation bar) then Google Settings and follow the onscreen instructions:

If you installed Capsule from your Google Apps domain you will automatically have access to the Capsule gadget that appears at the bottom of each message in Gmail. The gadget provides tools for adding the contact and message to Capsule. For further information see our blog post introducing the gadget.
When sending messages to a contact you can BCC the message to the Capsule dropbox to ensure replies to your contacts are also tracked.
Capsule integrates with Google Contacts to ensure your email addresses within Gmail are kept up-to-date. Once this integration is enabled, any contact additions or updates in Capsule will automatically be pushed to your Google Contacts. To set this up, visit My Preferences (via the user menu in the navigation bar) then Google Settings and follow the onscreen instructions.
Subscribing to your Capsule tasks in your Google Calendar is a one-way feed so you need to continue to add, edit and complete tasks in Capsule.
Complete the following steps to enable this integration:

Click on Add by URL:

Paste the link from your Notepad, and click Add Calendar:

Once you have completed these steps it may take several minutes for your tasks to appear in your Google Calendar. Please note that your Google Calendar may update only once every 24 hours.
Depending on your gmail settings, you may see the error "To use the gadget, Your 'All Mail' folder must be accessible via IMAP".
To enable, find your Mail settings in Google Apps mail then select the Labels tab. Ensure Show in IMAP is ticked on for the 'All Mail' folder:
If you get the message Currently this single sign-in feature is disabled for the domain ...
when trying to log into your Capsule account it indicates that single sign-on has been disabled on your domain and must be re-enabled in order to access Capsule via Google Apps single sign-on. To enable, visit Manage this domain > Advanced tools > Federated Login using OpenID and tick the box to allow.
